Our 10,000-square-meter facility in Longyou County, Zhejiang Province, is where every Raysman wig is made — from raw fiber pellets through final QC. 6,666 square meters of usable production floor houses our fiber processing area, dyeing line, cap construction stations, hand-crochet ventilation floor, machine-wefting lines, styling and finishing zones, and pre-shipment inspection rooms. Annual capacity exceeds one million pieces. Nothing critical is outsourced, and nothing leaves this building without passing seven separate inspection gates.
Quality on the factory floor is not a slogan — it is a sequence of checkpoints with measurable outputs. Every wig passes through seven inspection gates: raw fiber lot release, dyeing batch verification, cap construction review, ventilation density check, styling inspection, final visual QC, and pre-shipment packaging audit. Color is measured against the gold sample under D65 daylight using a spectrophotometer, with batch deviation held below ΔE 2.0. Density is verified by knot count per square centimeter, with ±5% tolerance. Defect rates are tracked by SKU and by worker, and the data feeds back into monthly training cycles. This is why our reorders match the first run — and why our return rates stay below industry norms.
